I'm wiring money from the Bank of America to someone in Santander. Why does it say Abby National plc? Is this correct or have they given me the wrong swift code?|||Santander have just taken over the Abby, Portman and Alliance and Leicester|||Abby National was part of a takeover/merging of several banks to form Santander. It is most likely that the person you are wiring to originally had an account in Abbey National.|||Santander took over the Abbey.
Many of the systems etc have not been fully integrated.|||Santander bought Abbey, which used to be called Abbey National.

How would I get the vinyl transfer used to make the neck tattoo on Abby from NCIS?
I love the tattoo and I want to get it. I've searched everything I could on the internet, but found no good pics. Who would I contact about possibly getting the transfer?|||Is her tattoo real? If so google the artist, look for photos, maybe even email/snail mail her asking her about her tattoo.
Her giant cross on her back is HOT! :P

Why do people find it so irresponsible for Abby Sunderland to sail around the world?
She's 16... and obviously she loves sailing
would it have been OK'd if she's 2 years older and then there'll none of these bull about her being too young to sail around the world?
what would the news be if it'd been a man who's 30 years old with little experience and needed rescue in the middle of the ocean? would it matter less? more? would you want the man pay in full for the rescue even if it'd bankrupt him financially?|||oh dear|||because people tend to put teenagers in a box and think swimming is dangerous
in a pool with a lifeguard
so they think sailing is dangerous
plus being a female as well

Are your kids happy that Abby Sunderland is alive and safe?
Abby Sunderland is believed to be approximately 500 miles north of the Antarctic Islands on her bid to become the youngest to circumnavigate the globe in a sailboat. My kids were so relieved to hear that.|||I'm glad she is alive. I'm always glad when children are found alive. My daughter is too young to understand and if she was older I doubt I would want her following a story of irresponsible parents who let a teen do such a thing alone. My step-dad was a Marine, hes owned boats all his life, he loves to be on the open ocean, but he wouldn't try to do what she did alone... he has a brain, unlike her parents.
So who is mailing her parents the bill for her rescue? They should pay for it in full before the next set of idiots send their kid thousands of miles from home with no supervision and expect fame and a free ride home.|||My daughter didn't know she was in danger, neither did I. Actually, I had never heard of her before yesterday. I'm glad she's not dead, and in case you didn't hear, her bid is over. Her yacht has no mast, she's headed home.
What did not thrill me is that Australians are going to have to pay for the rescue effort. I think Americans should reimburse them. We're talking millions of dollars.
EDIT: Wonder who gave me a TD on that. Bet it wasn't an Australian citizen. Sorry, but if you let your people engage in foolhardy activities, why should someone else have to pay to save their sorry souls?|||Yes I am. But what kind of crazy, idiotic parents would let their child sail around the world alone? I think they should be charged with child endangerment or something. Kids are such attention-whores nowadays, and they will try anything to get it.|||my kids couldn't care less about her personally... but if they knew that a 16 yr old was lost at sea then yes, they too would have been relieved to hear she was ok... the same as any other situation involving a child...
i wish her the best of luck... crazy girl!|||I can honestly say that my kids couldn't care less. I can't even begin to think what her parents were thinking of allowing her to sail alone at 16.
The phrase 'more money than sense' springs to mind.|||I think the Parents should be charged with child endangermant. she is 16 and they let her navagate the globe?|||i'm an adult and I'm glad she was found -she will have some adventure to tell her kids|||My kids have no interest in her at all. She's not Miley Cyrus or Miranda Cosgrove, therefore they don't care about her.|||my kids have no interest at all. sure, her being safe is important.

Does Pauley Perrette of NCIS really have the tattoos that Abby Sciuto does on the show?
I am especially wondering about that spider web one that Abby has on her neck...i love it!|||no- she has 5 I believe that are hers- the spider one is applied for every show - sometimes more than once. In an interview she complained about that tat because it is applied wet- and it kinds grosses her out. then is has to be set. She mentioned that she really hates it when she has to reapply it. BTW she is really a tow-head blonde to boot too!|||The neck tat isn't real.
"The spider web on her neck is not real either, as producer Donald Bellisario wanted the character to have a tattoo that would be visible (almost) all the time.[1]" (From source, in the 'personality' section.)|||i'm gonna say yes...my reason for this is because when she was on America's Most Wanted, u could see those tattoos on her then also.

In your opinion who was more influential in american history Andy Kaufman or Abby Hoffman?
Both controversial in different ways. Which one do you think had a greater impact on our country and why?|||Abby Hoffman, because his ideals and methods influenced and inspired many people of his generation to act in certain ways politically and socially. He used outrageous publicity stunts to start people talking and thinking about meaningful matters.
Andy Kaufman was an entertainer and did influence art and comedy but mostly for the sake of art and comedy.|||Andy Kaufman was a very obnoxious so-called comedian who is rapidly being forgotten for everything but making a fool of himself.
Abby Hoffman remains controversial, and no doubt would have liked it that way. But his tactics remain available for anyone to use in the future, and his beliefs are still there, influencing some people.|||Never heard of either of them?

What episode of The Secret Saturdays does Abby betray Doyle and the Saturdays?
I've looked everywhere and I can't find the answer to this question. Please Help!|||Could it be Food of the Giants? See if the description of episode 121 in the Wikipedia link below is what you mean.
