Mary sews a poppet during the courtroom proceedings, then gives it to Elizabeth as a gift. Abby sees this and uses it to her advantage. She stabs herself with a needle, then says it was Elizabeth who used her witch ways. A search of Elizabeth's house discovers the poppet with a needle stuck in it for safekeeping, and Elizabeth is arrested. This is only part of how Abby gets revenge on her rivals.
