Why do yahoo censors ban words like homework and Japan on the dear abby comments section?
Not only do they ban stuff like that, but if you put "what it" together, they seem to assume you are hiding a word used to describe women's glands. Will spending a whole weekend behind bars get Abby Newman's head straight?
I think she deserves this so much. I still wish someone would spank her buttocks for acting like a spoiled child.|||As far as the buttocks spanked stand in line.. that should of been done years ago.. The parents are the one to blame for this.. Dang she was handed everything she wanted with a silver spoon in her mouth. I think she should more time behind bars myself.. How old is Abby Newman supposed to be now?
I'm a little confused, before the recast she was about 16, now she is having sex in the pool with Daniel. That's statutory rape unless she is supposed to be older now.|||My guess is early 20's.|||If we go by the Geonia City age chart she has aged, Daniel hasn't age at all, so they are probably around the same age now. I hate the way that Phylis treats him like he's 10 years old. However neither will happen because she has billons of dollars, she'll just pay people to clean up the mess she made, and she'll hire a good lawyer to get her acquited of any charges.|||I know Abby is acting like a brat, but she tried to warn her mother about Tucker and Ashley won't listen. That added to the problem with Abby. Abby needs to go to rehab badly. First they should take her to the morgue to see what happens to people who drink and drive. She is getting way out of control.|||Take away her credit cards and spank her..LOL She was terrible today destroying the wedding scene today. I think mama needs to put her in drug rehab. I was glad to see Traci back again heck she is the only sane person in the Abbott family.|||Abby has some serious issues and just calling her a spoiled brat is one thing BUT.......

Let Me In movie why does Abby bleed when not invited?
I don't quite understand why she starts bleeding or dying when she walks into Owen's house because he didn't say to come in. Can someone explain why she starts dying if she is not told to come in?|||It's a standard vampire thing, like an aversion to garlic. Why is Gibbs always treating Abby in a special way?
He is "tender" with her - does she remind him of his daughter?|||Yea, I think it is because she reminds him of his daughter, and this is his way of showing that he cares for her. I found the best ink is gel pen from a local art store or thin permanent marker. It all washes off anyway so why waste money on temporary tattoos when you can buy a permanent marker for a dollar. Also you can print off copies of her tattoos then have the person trace them on your skin, its simple really all you need is a friend with a steady hand.

I have a female Abby who is obsessively visiting the litter boxes?
She sits in them, acting like she has to go, then scratches/buries FOREVER, then grooms herself downstairs. It doesn't seem like UTI, as she is pretty happy and seems perky energy-wise. She's been doing this for awhile. I'm assuming it is a behavior problem. Any ideas out there. It's killing my sleep.|||I think your Aby needs a visit to your vet. Something is bothering her and only your vet can give you an accurate diagnoses and possible treatment.
Early diagnoses by your vet will in the end be cheaper and most likely the outcome will be positive.

How much money do Jessica Watson and Abby Sunderland's parents have?
Seeing them set sail in their million dollar boats on a "dangerous" journey... don't they have something else to spend their money on? If they die out there will their parents be prosecuted?|||The boats do not cost that much. Abby's boat cost $90.000 and Jessicas cost less. Money have been spent in fitting them with the needed equipment. They have sponsors who pay for a part of the cost. Most equipment makers have given huge discounts for being mentioned as sponsors. The parents of both families are not rich, but more middle-class. The girls, at least Jessica will be rich from the book sales. No, the parents will not be procecuted. Will Abby Wambach get to play in another world cup?
I'm new to soccer so I was wondering who on the women's team will be able to come back and play in the next world cup? Especially Hope Solo, Wambach, Rapinoe, etc. You know, the main players. Such a heart breaking loss, would be cool if they could stay together and keep playing, but how old will they be is the question, and is this there last chance.|||Rapinoe probably not, due to her family. Wambach even in her mid-thirties will still be awesome. Hope of course. Alex Morgan will be a star. And don't feel too bad about the loss. The US played its best match of the tournament, in my opinion. The game was played fairly by both sides, and had good referees. Admittedly, the US had some bad luck on a couple of strikes that could have gone in. But Japan played a brilliant match (and indeed, throughout the tournament), and have a deserved victory. And our women have nothing to be ashamed of, they were fabulous!|||Amy Wambach is a special breed.
I have only seen a few athletes in my lifetime who have some sort of almost magical competitive passion. It transcends everything else in life. The positive thing is that it makes for an incredible athlete, as we have seen. The down side is when you lose something as big as the World Cup, there is an unimaginable price to pay. I can only imagine how devastated she feels, especially when the loss vs. victory was a matter of inches on several cross bar hits and a last minute red card take down just a few feet from the PK area. Everything left to chance in a soccer game just went Japan's way. You cannot blame the US for losing.
I am sure we will see her in the Olympics next year, and it would not surprise me if she makes some sort of statement as to her future in the next few weeks during interviews.
My guess is, if she can stay healthy, she will make a run for the 2015 World Cup. I've already promised myself, if she does, I'm heading to Canada to watch!

All you have to do is look at the ages (go on wiki or something) women usually are physically matured around 17,18 and can play as long as the men which is 32, 33, 34yrs. The prime being at around 22-30. I'm actually looking forward to the Olympics next year, the WC is too far away.|||Hi,
Hope Solo should be in the squad unless he has a massive loss of form. Shes 29, goalkeepers can play untill the age of 40 and only reach peak form in their 30s so she still has a few good years left in her. Wambach can make the side if she continues to keep her form constant. However it wont be easy for her now that she is 31 years old. She is a midfielder and has probably finished her days of peak performance. She is still a fantastic player though and I wont be surprised to see her in four years. Kristine Lilly played at the 2007 world cup at age 36 and in my opinion she is a player that is similar in some areas to Wambach. I do not know much about Rapinoe.|||I think Wambach has have the will to come back for another world cup, she is determined. But most likely the starters up front for USA will be Morgan, Cheney, or Rodriguez. Then Rapinoe, OReily, and Lloyd should also be back. then Buehler, Krieger, and maybe LaPeilbet should be back. and i think Hope will be back. so to be honest i think usa could be favorites next world cup :)|||Amen Atrox, brilliantly said. We have just heard from the Australian Search and Rescue. The plane arrived on the scene moments ago. Wild Eyes is upright but her rigging is down. The weather conditions are abating. Radio communication was made and Abby reports that she is fine!
We don't know much else right now. The French fishing vessel that was diverted to her location will be there in a little over 24 hours. Where they will take her or how long it will take we don't know.
A family spokesman says searchers have contacted a 16-year-old Southern California girl who was feared lost at sea and she is alive and well.
William Bennett with "Team Abby" said Thursday that searchers aboard an Airbus A330 spotted her boat in an upright position and made contact with her via radio. Bennett said Sunderland said she was doing fine and had plenty of food.

Is abby from ncis more sexually attracted to mcgee or agent gibbs and which one should she be with?
i believe it's gibbs. She just seems like more of a suitable man for her taste than mcgee.|||No Gibbs has had too many wives and appreciates Abby more as a daughter. As for McGee well they are both computer experts so I think they might be better suited together, as long as McGee went a little bit more Goth.
Never mind who cares who they end up with it is still a great programme to watch!|||Abby thinks of Gibbs as a father, and thinks of mcgee as a brother. She briefely dated Mcgee durring the first and second season, before Mcgee joined Gibbs' team. She also dated another forensic scientest. She met him at the green briar hotel, he was demonstrating a nicer microscope that she had to borrow for a case (Once A Hero in Season 4 is when she met him) She did end up breaking up with him because the actor who portrayed him commited suicide. Other than that, they only mention Abbys boyfriend briefly, except for the stalker one who appered in season 3|||She's more sexually attracted to McGee, because they dated (and slept together) in season 1.
It's more of a paternal thing with Gibbs.
Plus (no offence to Gibbs) he's just not smart enough for Abby, I mean he's very street smart and probably an intelligent man, but not compared to Abby, she's more book smart.

She briefely dated Mcgee durring the first and second season, before Mcgee joined Gibbs' team. She also dated another forensic scientest. She met him at the green briar hotel, he was demonstrating a nicer microscope that she had to borrow for a case (Once A Hero in Season 4 is when she met him) She did end up breaking up with him because the actor who portrayed him commited suicide. Other than that, they only mention Abbys boyfriend briefly, except for the stalker one who appered in season 3|||She's more sexually attracted to McGee, because they dated (and slept together) in season 1.
It's more of a paternal thing with Gibbs.
Plus (no offence to Gibbs) he's just not smart enough for Abby, I mean he's very street smart and probably an intelligent man, but not compared to Abby, she's more book smart.

He worked out of Norfolk and his activity with Abby was mostly behind the scenes. There was much more of this when he joined the cast as a regular.

I can say this with confidence because I doubt anyone she has trained has ever danced on Broadway. To be a professional dancer you need serious training and that is not competition dance. Competition dance is all about tricks and flexibility without any strength. That is because competition dancers are not taught strong dance technique. They are taught acrobatics. Many of the dancers currently on Broadway are retired dancers from major ballet companies, or dancers with BFAs from Juilliard or Tisch or other prestigious dance programs. If you wish to dance on Broadway, you need strong ballet technique. Once you have that, you can easily do any other genre of dance with simple modifications to your training. All of western society genres of dance are based on ballet technique from Jazz to contemporary dance. After a few years of ballet training, you can add jazz, modern and if you wish tap. I wont say that some Broadway dancers didn't have their early training in competition schools, but when they got serious, they switched to more serious training. They were able to do this in spite of their early training.To become a professional dancer, you must take at least 15 hours of technique classes a week (ballet /modern/Jazz), most of which should be ballet especially for a beginner. Rehearsals or company classes don't count as a technique class. Can the child welfare agencies sue the parents of Abby Sunderland?
I'm not really sure. I mean there had to have been some laws about sailing around the world before Abby ever stepped up and i'm sure it was very much known that a 16 year kid would be out there doing this. So if the law were to come up, why didn't they before she sailed out?
There are two sides to this, there are people who think her parents are extremely crazy and then there are those who actually stand beside Abby becuase she's brave, she's strong, she's confident and she's living up to her dreams.
but here's my opinion on it. No Record is worth your life being taken away. This girl is going against an element that holds not only creatures that are swimming below probably ready to bite her limbs off, but she's also going against whether conditions and maybe even foreigners.
Now, i have heard that her boat has been torn to some extend, what happens if it were to be flooded with water all of the sudden? sharks, giant squids, whales, jelly fish, whatever, will be ready to get a piece of her. how can she survive in an environment that humans are not really used to being in. i consider us as dry-land natives. she'll get tired of swmming and she'll probably suffer hypothermia. i mean really, is this whole thing worth it?
Second, lets say she is spotted by some crazy foreigners who see that she's young and a female, they decide to kidnap her and do whatever? I don't really know much about sailing around the world and can only hope that monitors are near to help her, but if not and she's literally out there alone, then i think it's utterly ridiculous.
What if her communication is blown out permanently, the boat stops working and she's just stranded?
I have heard some good similarities that people make though, like her going sailing alone is no different then a teen driving a car becuase anytime we get on the road it's just as dangerous, especially criminals or dumbheads who are on the road, breaking the law or people who are drunk. however, driving is a part of life, we need it to go to work, school, funerals, doctors, etc. And yes we get in accidents, but at least people are AROUND and can call 911 for you. But when it comes to the ocean, if she needed help, where is she gonna get it? Plus if she were to get help, it takes TIME to reach her. the ocean is HUGGGGGE! We don't have to sail around the world just to prove something.
If i were her parents, i would not let it happen, until she's at least 18 becuase then she'll be in charge of her life and i'll have no say. but if my kids are minors and under my authority still, i would NEVER allow such a thing. i would RATHER my teen be worried about girl drama or some boy in school who's writing her love letters. or worrying about buying a dress for the prom. I keep seeing scenes with Abby and Devon hanging out or Abby supporting Devon at the hospital with Katherine. I know the two were never unfriendly with each other but I don't remember them actually becoming friends.|||She began knowing him through Daniel..I think its nice that they will be step sister and brother..K2|||I don't know, that's what i was wondering. There was never really a scene with them becoming friends, they just randomly got thrown together in this friendship haha. How could I become the next Dear Abby?
I'm known for having the answer when people are searching for the next step to solve a problem in their lives. Or, just to move on in a project or dream they have. People find me to be insightful and helpful and know I have their best interest in mind. How can I get paid to do that?|||You will also need a degree in Journalism. You do have to know how to write. No paper will hire you with a high school degree to be any kind of writer on their staff. You will have to start out very small, like in a local newspaper too. Dear Abby did not become a sensation overnight. Took her many, many years. She was unique and one of a kind. So you would have to do something totally different with a new slant to even get recognized. No one in decades has been able to compete successfully with that column so far.|||Basically the Dear Abby column was devised as a feature story for a local newspaper (what is Kansas City?). They never dreamed it would turn into something so big.
Do your homework and research your local newspaper. Is there a niche market you could "sell" yourself to the paper on a column? You'll need lots of writing samples, be willing to start at low pay and possibly juggle other assignments.

Where does the money come from financing Abby Sunderlands solo sailing excursion?
I am curious the background of this family that can support such an endeavor. Or, do they get sponsors. What would be the estimated cost? and what is it amount parents that would allow such a young person to take this on?|||Hopefully they have enough money to pay for the search and rescue operation! I personally think the parents are very irresponsible for letting her do this! I hope they have to pay out of their own pockets.|||I think its from sponsors and maybe income. In the TV Crime Show NCIS (Naval Crime Investigative Service), Abby is often listening to music. Abby and I are really similar, and I absolutely love the music she is listening to. On Y&R is anyone else tired of how fragile Ashley is and how annoying Abby is?
I think it's getting so old she never used to be like this. She used to work and have a life but now it's like she's falling apart and Abby is so stuck up I couldn't stand to be around her. What could I wear to go as Abby Sciuto for halloween?
I have a few plans in mind already. I know I need a lab coat, a black wig of some sort, and gothic clothes; all of what I can find at a thrift store. Here's thing though. Where I live, it tends to get really cold around halloween, even getting snow on most years. What should I look for that keeps with the theme but won't have me freeze? Mini skirts are way too cold!|||As skirts you can wear a a mini skirt and have thick tights under or wear a longe shirt or like black pants. Tony is taken to gaol where he is visited by Gibbs, bearing pizza. This leads to a much-watched scene where Tony converses with a silent Gibbs who acts as Tony’s sounding board. At the end, Gibbs reassures Tony by beckoning him to the bars of the cell and providing him with a headslap, which comforts Tony. Gibbs has not spoken throughout the entire scene but we know what he thinks. The intensity of the scene is increased because Tony engages in a mock self-interrogation which reveals much about Tony’s background and dysfunctional family life. continue to gather evidence against Tony, his team-mates continue to try to work out which, of many possible enemies, has framed Tony. Forensic science eventually redeems itself, revealing the accomplice to the frame-up. Where does she find the money to pay for "Dear Abby", since she doesn't charge for answering letters?
My mom reads the column daily, and I recently started to.|||It's a syndicated column. She gets paid by the newspapers which carry the column. On-line work helps maintain the brand name recognition, which keeps up the amount she can charge the newspapers.

What happened to Abby Sunderland's yacht, Wild Eyes, after she was rescued?
I can find no record of what happened to Abby Sunderland's yacht, Wild Eyes, after she was rescued during her failed attempt to circumnavigate the globe. The yacht was demasted after a rogue wave rolled it in the southern Indian Ocean.|||It was left adrift in the Indian Ocean.
So there are three possible outcomes here.
1. If Abby left the power system on (which I haven't heard if she did or not) then the vessels bilge pumps would still be working, (as she had solar power to keep her batteries charged)... In this case, more then likely, she will drift ashore - somewhere...
2. If the power was turned off, then she has most likely already sunk to the bottom of the Indian ocean.
3. The third possibility of course, is that it is very possible someone has already recovered her... and if so, of course, it is theirs for the taking, as it is well publicly known the vessels location and the fact that she was abandoned.
It will be interesting if we ever hear of Wild Eyes again.

wild eyes was built with five watertight compartments and if the hatches were closed, the odds are good that she could continue to drift until she reaches land or is salvaged.
