Does anyone know where I can find a dear abby article?

I really want the articale! Do you know where to find it/have it? Thearticsle is from 1999 and is called Preteen won't forget mans act of kindness.|||I find Dear Abby articles in the news paper everyday. But seems to appear to me you are looking for a certain article. My best suggestion ..would be to go to your local library and pull the year up on computer.
