That is a really bad description- but that is why google won't answer my question! It's with Michelle Lee and IMDB won't even tell me. haha. She didn't really commit the crime though, it was Lee. Do you know the episode? THANKS!|||I am positive it is "Cloak" I love that episode! Especially when Ziva and Tony where breaking in to steal the domino and they were in the closet really close LOL "Stop Breathing."
